The Convention Committee runs the convention. Penguicon makes a distinction between Concom, Staff Members, Volunteers (Penguins), and Panelists (Program Participants). For this year, Concom will be considered those individuals who are responsible for departmental level decisions (and the requisite large budgets and large amount of reporting). Concom members will pay a $35 rate to attend the convention.
