The Stilyagi Air and Pressure Corps is the social branch of the AnnArborScienceFictionAssociation, which is not formally associated with PenguiCon. But PenguiCon attendees (present and prospective) can usually be found at Stilyagi parties. The equivalent of Stilyagi in the northern area of greater Detroit is MOFO.
